1901 complete gut and remodel
We found this two story farmhouse in Brandon, MN and moved it 15 miles to Lake Ida and set it on a new ICF foundation, gutted the two floors and gave this old girl a beautiful new life filled with character and charm! It started out as our home but in lifes twists and turns we sold it.
I love this home and it was definitely a work of heart! My favorite kind of renovation.... saved a beautiful home and brought out the charm of all that original wood on both sides of the walls and ceilings!
