I have worked with Tracy on several project spanning the last 7 years.

 

Our first need was to have Tracy design a restaurant remodel on a pretty tight budget and time frame. Tracy did a wonderful job getting us a tasteful design without breaking the bank.

6 years later, we partnered with Tracy on a very extensive inside remodel project and she also designed a new, expanded outdoor patio space as well.  With a much bigger budget, Tracy absolutely knocked it out of the park!

 

We have had so many positive comments on the design of both areas and they are the talk of the town.

 

 Tracy is very talented at finding out the general feel of what we want and an overall feel of a project, then designing a look that far exceeds your wildest dreams. She is very easy to work with and is very detail oriented in term of inspection the work as it is being done.

We just completed a cabin remodel project with Tracy. We provided Tracy with a vision of our project and she transformed it into something we could have never imagined.

This past summer we decided to return to our rental home after living away for 11 years. We had no idea where to start with the remodeling, especially living two hours away. Having read great reviews about Tracy Anderson/Gravning, we decided to call her.

It was an absolute joy working with Tracy from the start to finish of our remodeling project. Upon our first meeting, she listened intently to what we wanted, and from there on, helped us carefully choose from the options she found.

Everything from the workers, new tile and flooring, whitewashing of the logs, the new countertops, paint, light fixtures, wrought iron stairway, furniture, rugs, and wallpaper was presented to us always in a professional manner by Tracy. She always let us have a the final say, letting us decide, but her choices were superb and we had no trouble at all making decisions.

She was willing to step aside anytime to help cut costs, but we simply couldn't put her aside, because she was so excellent at what she did.

Tracy  Anderson is an amazing, creative talent! I am so grateful I contacted her to stage my home for sale. We met once and she put together a professional proposal and I loved everything she chose so much. She even chose my favorite colors without my input. She's hightly intuitive as well. Tracy, I saw the results of your good staging work in our farm house for the first time yesterday and it was better than the photos portray! 

 

You absolutely met our expectations of creating a sensible wow factor inthe first impressions upon entering our reconstructed late 1800's farm house. The bones of our old house, recently reconstructed with solid craftwork are now finely finished withthe texture and colors of the furniture, accessories and accent paint that you provided in your staging work. Now we have a complete and really inviting space that is appealing to intersted buyers. Wehave already heard very positive comments back from potentioal buyers viewing our property and others indicatinginthe success of your work and its contgribution to the appeal of our house. 

 

For others that are considering enhancing the appeal of their property for sale or for their own use and enjoyment, I'd recommend they give you a strong consideration. You delivered what you promised. The results are appreciated. You were great to work with, you stayed in budget setting it up and your accomplished the worle task for us faster than you promised. All in all, good work and thanks for our creativitiy Tracy. I don't see how we could have ever acheived the effectiveness that you achieved, with such a modest budget andin such a timely manner. Magic and it was done!

I had never worked with a designer before but as we looked at a complete kitchen and dining room remodel, everything seemed so overwhelming, that I contacted Tracy Anderson to help me start the process.  What I liked about Tracy was her ability to prioritize every step of the way from the cabinets, to flooring to paint colors. She went with me to pick out the cabinets, countertops and the hardwood floors.  It was a fun process and exactly what I needed……to have Tracy help me think outside the box.  I valued her opinions on what colors and textures went together and I knew she gave me an honest opinion but yet I felt comfortable being able to express my own likes and dislikes.   Once all the decisions were made, it was so nice to have her check in with me on how the whole process was going.   And when there was a problem, she was there to offer ideas and get things going again.  Most everything has now been installed and thinking I wouldn’t need Tracy anymore, I have discovered I would like her to help me with the final touches. Working with Tracy has been such a positive and fun experience.  I couldn’t have had the wonderful results without her!
